OmniDAS - Time & Attendance

The accurate recording of employees’ worked hours and payments are essential for the smooth running of an operation. OmniDAS allows users to monitor attendance within an organisation and provide detailed information for use within payroll.

Using rota’s that may be imported and stored from Omnibus scheduling software, or some third party applications, and staff information such from the Personnel module (such as holidays, pay grade, etc), a ‘standard’ week of timesheets and payroll can be previewed. Once future allocations, and on the day allocations, have been completed the Time and Attendance module is updated of changes to provide an actual view of timesheet and payroll information. This is then sent on to a resident payroll system for payment.

For clients who run Omnibus scheduling software in addition to OmniDAS, rota information can be imported directly into the Time and Attendance module, making changes to rota’s simple and convenient. This allows users to run ‘what if’ scenarios easily, and reset timesheet data to avoid conflict.
